CIRKUL
End-of-life tire recycling

Tire waste is a raw material.

No burning. No chemicals. CIRKUL takes end-of-life tires inland and recovers their rubber and steel by mechanical force alone, then returns them to industry as materials.

Tires intercepted this month
0

This is a seeded scenario: no plant is running yet. The counter runs at the 2 t/h case from the first of the month, plus the sample and demo loads in this browser.

The plant

Stop the tire inland. Process it cold.

Tires are intercepted at collection points inland, before they reach the coast. Ambient mechanical processing shreds, separates and sizes them: no heat, no chemicals, nothing burned.

The plant is planned for the Suez Canal Economic Zone, near Suez and the Ain Sokhna cement cluster, with direct port access. Three operating scenarios set its scale.

1 t/h
352 tonnes a month
2 t/h
470 tonnes a month
2.5 t/h
587 tonnes a month
The record

Measured, on the record

CIRKUL measures what it claims. Throughput, energy and emissions are tracked by the batch, so every figure can be audited.

  1. MeasureBatch data from the line.
  2. RecordEvery batch goes to the ledger.
  3. VerifyExternal audit of the record.
  4. CreditA CO2e asset, once registered.

The ledger is live in the app today, on a seeded scenario until plant data exists. Carbon-credit registration is phase 7 on the roadmap.

Roadmap

A 24-month plan in eight phases.

  1. 1
Feasibility and bankabilityFacility location, supplier networks, off-take agreements, licensing map, bankable feasibility study.
  2. 2
Setup and legal foundationCompany registration, site rental, machinery order and delivery.
  3. 3
Commissioning and trainingDry and wet testing of the line; workforce trained on safety, maintenance and process.
  4. 4
Initial operations and scalingBaseline processing at 1.5 tonnes an hour, scaling to 2.5.
  5. 5
Energy integrationOn-site solar installed and tied into the plant.
  6. 6
Value addition and certificationAdvanced granulation; processing and packaging aligned to export standards.
  7. 7
Sustainability and carbon creditsEmissions reductions quantified; the facility registered for carbon credits.
  8. 8
Advanced automationIoT sensors, data analytics and predictive maintenance.
Environment

Nothing burned. Nothing lost.

Out of the landfill

Every tonne processed is a tonne not buried, with the fire risk that burial carries.

Out of the water

Tires intercepted upstream never reach the coast or the coral reefs of the Red Sea.

Solar-supported

On-site solar feeds the plant and lowers the carbon carried by every kilogram it produces.
